First question before you smash Request Indexing again: is the URL already in? Sounds obvious. People skip it constantly and waste quota on pages Google already knows.

Quick checks

site:example.com/your-path in Google Search is a rough sniff test — not gospel, but useful. URL Inspection in Search Console is better when you need the official status. After you've used IndexMe, also glance at submission history in the dashboard so you know what you already fired off.

If it's missing

Confirm the page meets the basic requirements. Look for the issues in rejection reasons (including noindex and robots blocks). Then submit through IndexMe instead of waiting another week for a crawl — more on that in sending links faster. Recheck later. Indexing isn't always instant even after a clean API notification.
