You submitted the URL. Google said no — or worse, said nothing useful. That doesn't always mean your site is doomed. A lot of the time it's a soft 404, a noindex you forgot, a login wall, or you simply ran into a quota. IndexMe at least shows the response so you're not guessing in the dark.

Usual suspects

• The page errors out, redirects in a loop, or looks like a soft 404.
• robots.txt / noindex / auth walls block the crawler.
• Thin or duplicated content Google doesn't care to store.
• Canonical points somewhere else, so your URL isn't the one that gets indexed.
• You smashed into the Search Console daily limit or an API quota.
• Site verification or API access wasn't set up cleanly.

How I'd debug it

Open the URL in a private window. Does a normal visitor see the content? Check robots and meta robots. Make sure the sitemap still lists it and the server returns 200. Then look at the error text in the IndexMe dashboard after a submit, and cross-check with URL Inspection. If the page is stuck long-term, walk through fixing not-indexed pages.

After you fix the page

Resubmit. Don't keep hammering a broken URL hoping Google changes its mind. Once the root cause is gone, bulk retry the ones that failed for the same reason. Weird error you can't parse? Send it over.
